We use the Seismic App to track everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.

This program is for people who want to lose weight and body fat, build physical strength and confidence, get results that last, and get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all. We won’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we’ll help you build habits that will get you results that last forever. We typically coach using macro recommendations (how much protein, fat, and carbs you're eating in a day), but we'll work with you to build up to macro tracking if you've never done it before or to move away from them if it doesn't fit your lifestyle. This is your journey and we're here to support you in whatever way we can!
You’re tired of “quick fix” programs and are willing to dedicate time to getting in shape the sustainable way
If you’ve tried something before and “failed” — or just can’t stick with it — know that you’re not alone. And it’s not your fault. After all, self-directed training and nutrition programs fail 98 percent of the time. Along our own health journeys, we’ve seen dozens of diet and exercise fads come and go. We've even tried a few of them, but have found them to be unsustainable. That’s why we don’t follow fads. Instead, we’ll teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. What is the commitment I’m signing up for?
Making a sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight! Ideally we'd like to work with you for a full year to ensure you get the most out of the program, but we require a minimum 3-month commitment.

This is not a quick fix. We can't guarantee that you'll drop 30 pounds and 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks. We want to help you develop the foundational habits that will build to a healthier lifestyle.
Practice at your pace
We'll email you a lesson every day for 6-weeks, but you can decide how to pace out the foundational habits. Want to spend more time focusing on habit 2? Go for it! The emails will be there waiting for you when you're ready.
Access to the resources for life
Save the daily emails in a folder and come back to them whenever you need a refresher. We won't make you pay twice!

Meet the HoNE Coaching Team

We are Sean and Vanessa Myers and we live in Meridian, ID.
Sean is our primary coach and is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, Working Against Gravity Nutrition Coaching Certification and a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. He has a wealth of coaching experience from his years as a health coach with a precision medicine group and is well-equipped to coach both male and female clients.
Vanessa is a math teacher at a local high school who manages administrative duties and takes a limited number of coaching clients. She also completed the Working Against Gravity Nutrition Coaching Certification and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.
We are both passionate about nutrition and exercise and strive to create habits and routines in our lives to help us stay healthy and live a balanced life. We eat our fruits and veggies, but also enjoy a glass or two of Whisky on the weekends.
We both did aquatic sports in high school (swimming and water polo). Sean swam competitive club and for a local JuCo and Vanessa was on the triathlon team at UCSD. We met coaching swim for the high school in San Diego where Vanessa was working in 2012, started dating after the season ended, got engaged in 2013 and were married in 2014.
Since then, we moved to Idaho, have changed jobs several times, and added to our family with our precious black lab, Luna. We love to travel, and together we've been to Ireland, England, Scotland, Italy, and all over the US.
